Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop a fundraising strategic plan for various programs and supervise overall implementations
- Research, identify and cultivate potential donors
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with current donors
- Develop and maintain a donor data base
- Develop and establish standards for proposal writing and concept notes
- Prepare reports and analysis setting forth progress, trends and appropriate recommendations to the management
