Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a fundraising strategic plan for various programs and supervise overall implementations
- Research, identify and cultivate potential donors
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with current donors
- Develop and maintain a donor data base
- Develop and establish standards for proposal writing and concept notes
- Prepare reports and analysis setting forth progress, trends and appropriate recommendations to the management

- A bachelors degree in Commerce/Communication/Marketing/Public Relations with specialization in marketing and/or fundraising or any related discipline
- Strong leadership and management skill needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Must be able to give effective presentations
- Must be able to use the Microsoft suite effectively
